tested printing the programme using different size formats to see whether the some of the issues raised in the previous printing test could be resolved by changing the size.
I tried printing a6 however the text became slightly illegible and the images too small.
a5 seemed to work perfectly, the text was small but still easily read, and not to overpowering like when printed at a4 format, also this illuminated some of the other issues raised from the previous tests such as too much white space, just from halving the size of the programme it made the pages seem more filled with just the right balance of text, image and white space. Therefore i think i am going to change the scale of the book to a5, by doing this it seems to work much better as a programme, it's small enough to carry round while at the exhibition without trouble and still completely legible throughout, Just need to choose the right stock now in order to get the colours and photos looking perfect when printed.
