PRINT TEST - STOCK TEST

i had a print slot down in digital print booked for this day, however i didnt have many finished designs to print ready so i decided to use it to test how the programme worked when printed, testing out on cartridge paper stock. It was lucky i did this because when printed i noticed allot of errors with the publication which i now have time to re-arrange, the main error was the point size of the text and empty space, when printed the text just looked massive as apposed to on screen which would of probably been halved in size also allot of white space on certain parts of the page. I annotated each of the problems i noticed on the print so they could be fixed before re-printing again tomorrow.
Also the choice of stock didnt work very well either, the weight and feel of the stock felt really nice for a publication, however the cartrige paper soaked in too much of the ink leaving allot of the bright colours used throughout the publications look dull when printed and left the photographs really saturated.
